Trying of my Faith

Been awhile since I have been on here but this is long over do! But recently I have been relating with James 1:3 which says, "Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience." This week has most definitely been a week to remember. I finally heard back from grad school, and I got to schedule 2 interviews for this coming Monday. Had to really work to schedule them to both fit in the same weekend, and could have been very stressful, but relying on the Lord and trusting Him is so much easier! Then my car wouldn't work, and I found out today it was going to cost me around $500 to fix the fuel pump. Man u wanna talk about a crushing blow, I was blown away. I started thinking bout how I am in 2 weddings within a month from now and how could I pay for the car and for that? But then I remembered what I had been learning about my amazing God! He is a God that is in total control, everything He does is for my good and is BEST for me! And he most def supplies for my EVERY need, and He did today too!!!

I must say I have been blessed beyond belief by the parents that God has given me. growing up I was such a rebel, but they still loved me, even if it hurt them more than me ;) lol ha ha. But they sacrificed for me with sports, school, food (most def) and so much more! I never really saw how much they did for me until I got older and saw more. They helped me all through out college providing and giving to me, then giving me deals on things and esp praying for me! They helped me with my computer at the end of the summer and now they are helping me pay for this problem with my car! What a blessing my parents are, they have been an answer to prayer by helping me. God does truly provide for our every need, He is ALWAYS with me! Praise His Holy name!

"Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as you have: for He hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee." - Hebrews 13:5

" And we know that ALL things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to His purpose."
 - Romans 8:28

No matter what happens in life, even if we can't see what the Lord is doing, we must show our faith and trust in Him COMPLETELY, nothing wavering! God loves us and has our best in mind! Be of Good Courage,  God's got it, wholly trust in Him and Him alone!!!
